VISA HELP PORTAL CO. L.L.C (“VisaEngine”, “we”) processes visas and work permits for applicants and employees of Maids.at. This policy explains how we handle their personal data.
What we collect
Your name, contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email), nationality and date of birth; copies of your passport, photos and other documents needed for your UAE visa and work permit; and details of your application, travel and arrival.
Why we use it
To process your UAE visa and work permit, to keep you updated about your recruitment, visa status, flights and arrival, and to meet our legal obligations in the UAE.
Who we share it with
Maids.at (your employer or prospective employer); UAE government authorities that issue visas and permits; and service providers we need to complete your application and travel, such as airlines and medical or typing centres. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
WhatsApp and messaging
We only message people who have applied to or work with Maids.at, and only about their recruitment, visa and travel.
Keeping your data safe
We limit access to staff who need it, and keep your data only as long as needed for your employment and for legal and regulatory requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, subject to UAE legal requirements, by emailing info@visaengine.cc.
