VisaEngine is the visa-processing arm of Maids.at. We handle UAE visas and work permits for domestic workers recruited and employed by Maids.at.
About VisaEngine
The visa team behind Maids.at
VisaEngine is operated by VISA HELP PORTAL CO. L.L.C, an affiliate of Maids.at. Maids.at recruits domestic workers and employs them in the UAE. VisaEngine manages the visa side of that process for Maids.at’s applicants and employees: collecting their documents, submitting their entry permit, work permit and residence visa applications, and keeping each worker informed until they arrive and start work. We don’t offer visa services to the general public, and we don’t process study, tourist or travel visas.

How We Communicate
We use WhatsApp, phone and email to keep our applicants and employees updated about their recruitment, documents, visa status, travel and arrival in the UAE. We only message people who have applied to Maids.at or work with us. We never charge workers recruitment fees.
